Standard Delivery: Available across Bangladesh. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

Shipping Costs:

Standard Delivery: Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the total weight of your order. The fee will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment online.

Delivery Issues:

Incorrect Address: Please make sure to provide the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delayed Delivery: While we aim to deliver within the specified time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or public holidays. We will notify you of any such delays.

Missed Delivery Attempts:

If no one is available to receive the order at the delivery address, our courier partner will make up to two more attempts. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for redelivery.

International Shipping:

Currently, we only deliver within Bangladesh. International shipping is not available at this time.
