Products will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Shipping fees may apply depending on the delivery location.

Xen Life Style is not responsible for any delay due to unforeseen circumstances like strikes, natural disasters, or logistical issues.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

 

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided that the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The customer must bear the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed after inspecting the returned items.
